Hypnosis is a state of human consciousness involving focused attention and reduced awareness and an enhanced capacity for response to suggestion. During hypnosis, a person has a heightened focus and concentration. The person can concentrate intensely on a specific thought or memory which may be contributing to the problem.

We experience a form of Hypnosis every day. When we daydream, when we are reading and our minds drift. Even when you drive and next thing you know, you're several miles down the road. That's Hypnosis!

What does Hypnosis treat?

I currently use Hypnosis to treat Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, Resentment, Guilt and Traumas.

HART (ut loquuntur spiritus)

HART, referred to as Holistic and Rapid Transformation which  is a very powerful, spirit-based intervention that is used to treat all emotional conditions affecting the Human-self. This technique is similar to Hypnosis except that with HART, you are gaining access to the most sacred and powerful part of your self. Your spirit.

Another difference is that with HART, you guide yourself, you go where spirit takes you so that TRUE healing can take place! This is a very intense and emotional experience, nothing like you've experienced.
